Are you organising a conference and feel that you're in need for something a little different?

Do you want to involve everyone, have some fun and add some "wow" factor?

Beach Volleyballwith Kerri Pottharst is a fun, safe and yet challenging corporate team building activity.

“Kerri, we are writing to commend your performance at our recent corporate volleyball event for one of our high profile clients. You completely understood the brief by showing our senior international executives a great Australian experience. Your energy and enthusiasm did not go unnoticed and the experience was very memorable for all who participated. As a consultancy with only big brand clients, we are careful to employ only the best suppliers for our clients, and as such have no hesitation in recommending yourselves. Thanks again for such a successful event.”

More testimonials

Experience the fun, the teamwork and the excitement of playing this Olympic sport.

Kerri will support your conference objectives and tailor messages and the entire event, to your needs.

  • For groups of 10 to 200 people.
  • For as little as one hour or a full day.
  • On the beach or in a park.

No situation is too difficult for Kerri to design a great experience for you.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL EVENT LOOK LIKE?

  • Arrive at the beach and be introduced to Kerri and the beach crew.
  • (If you're not near a beach, we will set up in a park or grassed area with our special temporary sand and grass nets. Or, why not have the sand trucked in and make your own "beach.")
  • Experience a thrilling, live demonstration of how the game is played at the elite level with Kerri and other professional Beach Volleyball Players.
  • Then, join them for a fun filled clinic and learn all the skills yourself!

Be taken out of your comfort zone a little! Dive through the air and dig balls like they do in the Olympics!! Jump and smash balls over the net like you never thought you'd be able to do. Could you ever have imagined you'd be playing an Olympic Sport alongside an Olympic Gold Medallist and her peers? Not many have!

  • We'll then arrange your teams and organise a short competition.
  • You'll see how your team reacts in a competitive environment. Kerri and other professional athletes can play on YOUR team.
  • Combine beach volleyball with breakfast, lunch or dinner at one of the many seaside restaurants along Australia's famous beaches and have Kerri share with you some of her personal tales reliving her Gold Medal Olympic journey.
  • Or, have your group catered for, right there on the sand!

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN AND TAKE AWAY FROM THIS EXPERIENCE?

  • Beach Volleyball is challenging, yet safe and inclusive. The day can be designed for the entire company, specific business units, any project team or group within an organisation.
  • It enables your employees to work as a team outside their normal day to day activities, therefore challenging them to find solutions; delegate different team members to participate in particular activities that are best suited to their abilities; and support one another in their efforts.
  • Motivate your team and provide them with a fun experience with memories to last a lifetime.
  • Why not celebrate the achievement of an important company milestone, or raise morale during challenging times?
  • Small or large teams can experience fun, achievement and the thrill of a unique challenge together.a

In short:

  • Turn individual skills into team skills
  • Build strong relationships
  • Build moral
  • Improve communication
  • Create team power
  • Encourage creativity
  • Develop new skills
  • Harness positive attitudes
  • Share leadership
  • Rotate positions which helps build flexibility and introduce change
  • Create lasting memories
  • Return to office more motivated and with a greater collective strength!

The management/workers differences can be put aside and team members can collectively strive for a common goal – WINNING!

The best lesson to be learnt is that all employees in all level of authority are all working together for a common purpose.

"And, most importantly…. we all have an absolute ball!" - Kerri Pottharst
