Every negative event, whether a sporting loss, a heartbreak or a job frustration, brings with it an opportunity. Rather than wallow in the pain, pick yourself up and look for ways to make it better. You get back what you project. You’re a mirror of what life brings you.

You may not be able to choose the challenges that life throws at you, but you can always choose your response. And in the long run, success in life is not dependant on luck; it’s dependent upon the quality of your response.
